catalysts for transformative change.
At Ohemmaa Palace, our current focus centers around the impactful Queen in Me Mentoring Program (QIM) and our vibrant collegiate chapter at VCU. These initiatives serve as the heartbeat of our organization, nurturing empowerment and fostering positive change. While these programs stand as the cornerstones of our mission, we eagerly anticipate expanding our offerings in the future, envisioning a diverse array of programs that will further champion the reign of every woman on her unique journey to greatness.

Q.I.M Mentoring Program
The Queen in Me Mentoring Program (QIM) at Ohemmaa Palace Foundation is a transformative initiative designed to nurture and uplift women on their journey to self-discovery and empowerment. Founded by Haja Sesay; Program Director, QIM pairs experienced mentors with mentees, creating a supportive space for personal and professional growth. Through mentorship, guidance, and shared experiences, QIM aims to instill confidence, resilience, and a profound sense of purpose in each participant. This program embodies our commitment to fostering a community where every woman can embrace her inherent strength and reign supreme in her life's journey.
As of January 2024, we have four pairings ranging from ages 10 through 17.
